Transforming warehouses: NVIDIA’s AI tools enable seamless robot-human collaboration and cutting-edge digital twin technology.
Sectors & Industries
NVIDIA, KION Group, and Accenture are teaming up and they're using AI-powered robots and something called digital twins to take warehouse operations to the next level.
Here’s the breakdown:
First up, NVIDIA’s Omniverse platform creates digital twins—virtual warehouse replicas. This boosts productivity by 25% to 70% and cuts operating costs by 20% to 40%, optimizing layouts, workflows, and operations digitally.
KION Group, a big name in supply chain solutions, brings these tools to life. Using NVIDIA’s AI, one worker can manage up to 50 robots for tasks like moving goods and optimizing workflows, making operations smoother and faster.
And then there’s Accenture tracking results and costs. Automation systems range from $50,000 to $500,000 for small setups and millions for large-scale solutions, cutting costs and improving efficiency.
At CES 2025, they’re showing how all of this comes together. Imagine warehouses where robots and humans work side by side, seamlessly handling challenges like sudden demand spikes or inventory shifts.
